Each session is customized to your individual needs, as we work together to develop and reinforce healthy movement and habits.

Small Group Sessions

Partner workouts or small group session are an excellent choice, because working out with friends is always more fun!   HIIT, Kettlebell sessions

Large Group Session 

Class-styled workouts,  that accommodate up to 10.  Group sessions provide a fun, high energy atmosphere for you and up to 9 of your friends.    Bootcamp, HIIT, Kettlebell Technique Instruction and Kettlebell Training.

JAMIE JACOBSON

Coach

Jamie brings over 9 years of experience in Personal Training, Hardstyle Kettlebell Instruction and Group Fitness.   Psy.M.,NASM-CPT, RKC certified kettlebell instructor.


Jamie is a mom to two teenagers, and discovered her passion for fitness 15 years ago, after having her kids.  She understands the challenges that we face trying to balance work/family life and and believes in programs that are quick, efficient and fun. 


In addition to her years as an instructor, she has played semi-professional football, trained in BJJ, kickboxing and Muay Thai, and has become one of the area's top kettlebell trainers.

MATT BROWN

Coach

Matt brings over 16 yrs of experience practicing mixed martial arts, competing in MMA, kickboxing, and Jiu Jitsu, Fighting pro MMA, and coaching and assisting amateur and professional level fighters. 


Matt holds a black belt in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. He has competed at both amateur and professional levels in MMA  (11-6).

He has trained Muay Thai for over 16 years, coached for over a decade, and has spent multiple seasons training first hand in Thailand. He has most recently earned his yoga instructor certification from the Rama School of Yoga in India.  


Matt has an encouraging and patient coaching style, and will work hard to achieve the goals of each client.
